Poster: Pratical Information

  • Poster size

Your poster must fit in a 85 (breadth) x110 cm (height) space. You are welcome to install you poster on the first day between 9AM and 9:45AM (at Registration time).

  • Short oral presentation in plenary session

You will have the opportunity to present a summary of your research during a plenary session. Two sessions will be organized (one on Wed. afternoon, the other on Thurs. morning), so that every poster presenter will have a chance to present his/her topic before the demo-poster session which will be held over lunch time on Thursday (a sanwich-lunch will be served on the conference site). Your oral presentation will be 3 to 4 minutes long (max)... and this limit will have to be strictly observed. The goal of this presentation is just to inform all the "JADTers" about your poster theme. Of course, they will have a chance to discover your work more in depth during the poster-demo session.

  • Powerpoint during your oral presentation

You will have the possibility to show 2 or 3 Powerpoint slides during you oral presentation. These slides will be included in one unique Powerpoint presentation. This is the reason why we ask you to send your slides (in a Office 2000 compatible format) as soon as possible to Claude Devis (devis@tedm.ucl.ac.be) who will build the global presentation. If you have decided not to use Powerpoint, we ask you to mention it to Claude Devis (in this case a single slide with your name and your poster title will be inserted.

The order of oral presentations will be scheduled according to alphabetical order.
